These terms govern use of the Marwa Hajj Operations app and its administration panel. By using the app you accept them.
The agent account
The account is personal and belongs to you alone. You may not share your credentials or use somebody else’s account.
You are responsible for everything entered through your account. If you lose your device or suspect unauthorised access, tell the office immediately.
Approval and suspension
Registering is not the same as being approved. The Marwa office reviews the request and decides. Before approval you may browse only, and cannot enter any data.
The company may suspend or close any account at any time, without notice where misuse or inaccurate data entry is suspected, and that remains an operational decision of the company.
Accuracy of the data you submit
Worker and passport data is submitted to official bodies and determines whether visas and permits are issued. You must enter it exactly as printed in the passport, and upload the correct biometric photograph of the person concerned.
Entering inaccurate data, or a photograph of a different person, may cause a visa to be refused and may carry legal consequences. It is sufficient grounds for closing the account.
Acceptable use
The app is for seasonal work with Marwa Turizm only. You may not use it to gather data for other purposes, copy or share worker data outside that work, or attempt to reach data that is not yours.
Ownership
The app, its content and the Marwa mark belong to the company. Using the app grants you no rights in them.
Limits of liability
We take reasonable care to provide the service correctly, without warranting that it will be uninterrupted. The company is not liable for loss arising from data a user entered incorrectly.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the date above shows when. Continuing to use the app after an update means accepting it.
